I am sure the other Supercuts is great because I talked to them on the phone and they were so kind. However, I am so glad I went to this location. Anne and another woman (I didn’t catch her name) were so kind to me and Anne cut my hair even though it was nearly closing time. Both were so sweet and kind to talk to and Anne gave a great haircut. I am unfamiliar with the area and booked an appointment at one Supercuts but drove to this one by accident. I am sure the other Supercuts is great because I talked to them on the phone and they were so kind. However, I am so glad I went to this location. Skyler took great care of me, she understood exactly what my needs were, and I came out with a wonderful shampoo with soft conditioned hair and a very nice cut. I only needed a couple inches trimmed off to even it up because it’s long, and it was exactly as I wanted. I will go back as soon as I need to.

Every time I’ve been there, she and the other hair stylists provide great customer service to all customers, including me. I have to say, I absolutely love coming to this salon. I have had my haircut twice and styled several times(even once for my wedding). Every single time I ask for a specific style or cut I get exactly what I ask for! I usually go for an angled bob type style, and the stylists know how to work with my natural wave/curl very well. I went in this past week just to get my hair styled. The stylist took her time and it lasted for three days! I have nothing but great things to say about my experiences with my appointments. I’ll admit I was hesitant at first, because who isn’t when they get their hair done by someone new? However, this salon is now one of my favorite parts of my week. Dalton, Kristen, Terry, and one of the other young stylists are doing exactly what they were meant to do. Consider yourself lucky if you get an appointment with them:)

Probably one of the best haircuts I’ve received. This sweet lady with braces cut my hair. And from what I’ve heard she is the manager and did a wonderful job. Asked me thorough questions that other stylist don’t bother with asking. Definitely going to be a repeat customer because of the wonderful service she provided (I believe her name was Terrie). Also during my visit I overheard 2 customers talking about another employee by the name of christine. Who does a wonderful job with their hair and says that she’s the best in the store at styling and cutting african American hair. Will definitely be coming back!
